Creating CSR with altSubjectname

I have done very little with OpenSSL, leaning too heavily on easy-rsa to handle certs on my behalf. However, with the new requirment from browsers to have an altSubjectname in the cert I needed to get my hands dirty. Thankfully I found a site that made it easy.
