Windows Server Grant Logon as a batch Job

I obtained the following steps from the link above.

1. Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Local Security Policy
2. Security Settings -> Local Policies -> User Rights Assignment
3. Find Log on as a batch job and add the user that needs the privileges.
4. Save and close
