Nc.windows.app.23712 Fix

First Clearing uses a Juniper virtual NIC to create a tunnel between your computer and their systems. Because regulations say that proper public keys are not good enough, and installing a back-door onto your computer is the best way to maintain security (but not for you!) ;-)

If this adapter becomes corrupt or disabled you will not be able to have full access to their site. The fix is:

1. Open Device Manager
2. Go to View -> Show Hidden Devices
3. Find Juniper Networks Network Connect virtual adapter
4. Either enable it, or delete it. If you decide to delete the hidden network adapter, it will be recreated after you try to log in again.
